PERSONAL DATA
What we collect. The "Join our teams and our casting database" form collects: first and last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, specialty, professional experience, photograph, and resume, and for voice applications, voice samples. The contact form collects your name, email address, and message.
Why we collect them. This data is used to respond to your request, to review your application, and to contact you about a project that matches your profile.
Access is restricted to the Prod-Events team. The data is not sold, rented, or exchanged. It may be shared with a client or production partner only for casting purposes, and with your explicit consent.
How long we keep them. Applications are kept for three years from the last contact. Contact requests, for two years.
Your rights. You can request to view your data, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your application from our casting database. Write to contact@prodevents.net. We will respond within thirty days.
Legal framework. The data is processed in accordance with Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data in Senegal.
